Because Threshold is a concierge practice, care is designed around ongoing relationship rather than one-off visits. Most families choose one of two paths: a defined care package, or an ongoing membership.

What We Offer

  • You can expect your first visit to be approximately 1 hour. We will go over a detailed health history, goals, expectations, neurological and physical exam, chiropractic assessment, and adjustment.

    Cost: $175

    If multiple family members are being seen for the first time in one visit, their initial exam fee is discounted as follows:

    • 2nd member: $125

    • 3rd member: $85

    • 4th+ members: $45

  • Designed for a focused course of care — ideal for pregnancy prep, postpartum recovery, or an initial period of care.

    These are not shareable between family members, can be set up into monthly payments, and if paid in full, receive a 10% discount.

    Pediatric Packages:

    • 12 Visits- $720 (expire after 6mo)

    • 24 Visits- $1200 (expire after 12mo)

    Adult Packages: (All expire after 1yr)

    • 12 Visits- $780

    • 36 Visits- $2100

    • 50 Visits- $2600

  • For families who want ongoing care built into their rhythm. Membership tiers are structured by family size and visit frequency, so you can choose what fits your household.

    Family is allotted a set amount of visits to be shared throughout the month. These are designed for visits to be shared equally between established family members and not roll over into the next month.

    Members have access to discounts on classes, content, or merchandise, and after-hours visits.

    Family of 1:

    • Weekly (4 visits/mo)- $220

    • Bi-Weekly (2 visits/mo)- $120

    • Monthly (1 visits/mo)- $70

    Family of 2:

    • Weekly (8 visits/mo)- $400

    • Bi-Weekly (4 visits/mo)- $220

    • Monthly (2 visits/mo)- $130

    Family of 3:

    • Weekly (12 visits/mo)- $540

    • Bi-Weekly (6 visits/mo)- $315

    • Monthly (3 visits/mo)- $180

    Family of 4+: (Capped at $720/mo for larger families)

    • Weekly (16 visits/mo)- $720

    • Bi-Weekly (8 visits/mo)- $400

    • Monthly (4 visits/mo)- $220

  • Paying as you go is totally fine, and is $85 per visit.

  • All listed prices include travel fees if you are within 15mi of Downtown Easley.

    Additional travel fees apply:

    • 15-25mi- $15

    • 25-35mi- $30

  • Pending availability, I am available for emergency visits for an additional $75.

    This fee is waived for membership holders.
